There’s an ongoing and evolving search for games that all (or at least 3/4) of the family can play together. The latest is Phase 10. A Rummy-style card game that requires enough skill to keep adults from being bored, but is simple enough for the kids to compete.

A couple of weeks ago I decided to track down an old friend from college that I hadn’t seen in ten years. Thanks to Google, I was successful and it’s great to be back in contact. Today I was on the receiving end when I got an email from another college friend. Maybe this is the beginning of a big reunion?

It took me an hour last night to figure out why I didn’t have Quicktags in the WordPress editor. I was using Safari and, prior to 2.0.4, there was a bug related to Quicktags. The Safari bug is now fixed, but the WordPress PHP code is just now being patched. The solution is here.
